Innovative 5V DC Tungsten Filament Ignition System

Our system is the only manufacturer worldwide to design, develop and produce a Tungsten Filament Ignition System, engineered in-house.

Other systems rely on ematch cartridges – essentially small explosives – that are dangerous, restricted and illegal to use without special pyrotechnic licences in many countries, including Australia.

At the heart of this process lies our 5V DC Tungsten Filament Ignition System, which initiates a controlled burn designed to generate sufficient pressure for deployment.
